Charlie is Candy’s father and Brenda’s Uncle and a special part of Reel North Outfitters…We call him our “Senior Advisor”.

Charlie and his friend Marvin (previous owner) are really what made this dream at McTavish Lake possible for us. We are especially grateful to Charlie for giving us so much support and help since we started.

Charlie enjoys sharing many memories of his friend Marvin and the past 25 years or so at McTavish Lake. He especially likes to brag about his biggest catch … a 33 lb. Lake Trout caught in July of 1984 in the bay, in front of the cabin. All of us work hard to try and beat his record ... especially his grandson Jason.

Those who have had the pleasure of spending time with Charlie, know he loves McTavish as much as we do.
